This collection consists of biographical information about Lee, miscellaneous photographs, copies of manuscripts, specifications for an agricultural building (Long Hall) for Clemson College, an account in the Greenville Daily News, December 17, 1896, of Clemson's first commencement, a list of architecture graduates, 1915-1944, a directory of graduates, 1896-1940, a list of the class of 1896 used in planning the 1941 reunion, and a constitution for the architectural small house service of South Carolina, 1937. Photographs include prints of art objects, Clemson buildings, classrooms, cadets, and athletic events.

Three Clemson cadets; George Chaplain, Paul L. Tobey, and J. Henry Woodward are credited with preparing this report. Cadets from the junior and senior classes were gathered to the campus chapel on April 18, 1935 in order to evaluate professors from the schools of: Agriculture, Textiles, Vocational Education, Chemistry and Geology, Engineering, and General Science. Lee, R. E. (Rudolph Edward), 1874-1959

Rudolph Edward Lee was a member of Clemson University's first graduating class, head of its architecture department, and architect for a number of the campus buildings. As professor of architecture, he also served for some time as superintendent of construction and repair. He retired from Clemson in 1948. He was married to Louise Egleston.
